Refund Policy.

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at SSquare Solutions (IP0578283-D) located Headquarters in D-21-3, Jalan Atmosphere 6, Pusat Perniagaan The Atmosphere, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. The terms “company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to TapFliX.

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority! In the event you received a defective product, a replacement will be sent with no additional cost. Here at TapFliX, we are committed to going above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your product.

If there are any issues or concerns with your TapFliX order, please feel free to send an email to support@ssquaresolutions.my so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Custom TapFliX Card

Our Custom TapFliX Cards are eligible for full refunds on the basis that we receives a cancellation request within 1-2 days after purchase and prior completed of your custom / non-custom order. Any cancellation requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

In the unfortunate event your product is faulty due to chip malfunction that is beyond repair by TapFliX. TapFliX will endeavour to provide replacement at no additional cost with returned the faulty card to our HQ. If the faulty card found that has been altered by any NFC third party apps, lock or erase, we do not bear any mistakes done by the user.

Late or Missing Items

If you’ve waited for longer than 30 days and you still have not received your product yet, please contact us at support@ssquaresolutions.my.

If any of your TapFliX product went missing or loss during warranty period, you will have to make report to us at support@ssquaresolutions.my and we will provide you a replacement discounted package at 15% off.

Reprint Policy

If you received a printed product that you’re dissatisfied with, please inform us via email and provide pictures of the product to support@ssquaresolutions.my. Please highlight what you consider deficient, so we may advise and make changes where necessary.

Any error in production or you received anything different from the submitted artwork in website or approved proof; TapFliX will provide a reprint with no additional cost to you.

We cannot, however, be held responsible for customer errors, inability to visualise the final product(s) or inexperience with respect to warnings* sent out with all artwork proofs.

Smart Product Warranty

Any of related to TapFliX smart product, custom or non-custom within 3 months upon purchased are responsible by TapFliX. Warranty period related to smart product covers NFC chip and printing in the event of any cases related to previous clauses.

Return Policy

On the odd occasion, you may be asked to return the product. Please only do this when TapFliX has requested.

We will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping Policy

TapFliX is responsible for your order from placement, to production and packaging. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility ceases.

Thus, any items damaged in shipping must be addressed with the shipping carrier themselves.

Tracking Number Shipment

As TapFliX custom creates its products per individual order, shipment tracking numbers are not available until production is completed within product given timeline. You may be able to track your order once received notification via email or SMS by our courier partner.
